March 27,
2002 -- Issue #547 "Casting
all your care upon Him; My
mom has been having some test ran and today she found out
that she needs to have a biopsy done.
This is scheduled for Friday.
Please keep her in your prayers during this week.
I
wrote today's devotional as a poem to her.
Maybe it will minister to you as well as you face a
difficult and uncertain time in your life.
Feel free to pass it on to someone you know who is in
the midst of a similar testing of their faith. On one hand
you feel the earth shake and your knees begin to knock, On one hand
your whole world seems to be falling apart, On one hand
it seems you face this battle by yourself
all alone, On one hand
you're scared and it seems you're about to bust, On one hand
it's a trial and a hardship you can't ignore, On one hand
you feel like crying and the worry you can't hide, On one hand
you just don't know where to turn or what to do, On one hand
the waiting and the wondering is almost too much to bear, And so I
would remind you that on one hand things may be difficult
that's true, Take hold
of Jesus as you face uncertain days. Have a "Wonderful DAY in Christ," |
